You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading malicious code, spamming, or harassment.
EventDesigner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We want you to be satisfied with our Service. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction. Please contact our support team at info@eventdesigner.online or Paddle.com customer service to initiate a refund request. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
